Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) Director Dr. Muhammad Hanif Saturday said that another spell of monsoon rain likely to start from July 20 and heavy rains would occur in the country, the weather even more pleasant.
Talking to a TV channel, he said that mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country during next 48 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places of North east Punjab, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas, he added.
Dr. Hanif said that during Ramzan, weather trend is expected with rains and muggy conditions. He said due to the recent rain spells, weather would continue to remain pleasant in most parts of the country.
