ISLAMABAD : The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Thursday released 285,041 cusecs water for various rim stations with inflow of 320,791 cusecs. According to the data released by IRSA, water level in the Indus River at Tarbela Dam was 1508.14 feet, which was 130.14 feet higher than its dead level 1378 feet.Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 172,000 cusecs while outflow was recorded as 160,000 cusecs. The water level in the Jhelum River at Mangla Dam was 1188.30 feet.
, which was 148.38 feet higher than its dead level of 1040 feet whereas the inflow and outflow of water was recorded as 38,750 cusecs and 15,000 cusecs respectively.The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 205,897, 218,156 and 120,006 cusecs respectively.
